Eligibility:

• If you placed 1st or 2nd in any singles category, you must wait a minimum of 5 years before requesting to be dropped again.

• If you placed 1st or 2nd in teams, you must wait at least 3 years.

• Drop-downs are not based on how long since you last played.

• You must have played at the highest level you have reached for a minimum of 2 years and not won any money during that time. Playing at a level higher than your current level does not count as years played.

• Intermediate players cannot be dropped to Novice Status.

• Players may remain at their level for their ‘known ability,’ even if they haven’t won recently, to keep all divisions competitive.

Request Period: Drop-down requests must be received between September 15 and January 31 each year.
